About Michael Borrelli

Michael Borrelli is a compliance and regulatory specialist. Michael has almost a decade in financial services at both buy-side and sell-side firms putting in place tailored regulatory architecture for fixed income, currencies and commodities (FICC) trading firms as well as crypto assets. He has held senior positions in firms regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and at a virtual asset service providers working across and with teams in the back-, middle- and front-office.

Michael has a BA in business studies and planning, a Master’s in Law (LLM), an Masters of Business Administration (MBA) and has completed the renowned courses in crypto at the University of Oxford and the Massachusetts institute of Technology.
